Privacy Policy

YardReply ("we," "us") is operated by Angelo Washington, a sole proprietor based in Los Angeles, California. YardReply provides an automatic text reply service for landscaping businesses: when someone calls a business that uses YardReply and the call is not answered, we send that caller one text message on the business's behalf with a link to book an estimate.
Information we collect
- From callers: the phone number that called the business, the time of the call, and any text messages the caller sends in reply.
- From businesses we work with: the business name, contact name, email, phone numbers used for the service, and billing details.
- From our website: any information you choose to send us, such as your email when you contact us.
How we use it
- To send the missed-call text reply and booking link to the person who called.
- To forward a caller's text replies to the business they called, so the business can respond.
- To alert the business that a call was missed.
- To operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the service, and to meet legal and carrier requirements.
We do not use callers' phone numbers for marketing, and we do not send promotional texts.
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our telecommunications provider), and only to deliver messages and operate the service.
A caller receives one text after a missed call. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
How we share information
We share a caller's number and replies only with the landscaping business they called, and with service providers that help us run YardReply (for example, our phone and text provider and our hosting provider), under obligations to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep call and message records for as long as needed to provide the service to the business and to meet legal and carrier record-keeping requirements, and then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information by emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections and access limited to people who need it to run the service.
Children
YardReply is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
