Terms of Service
Effective October 18, 2026
These terms cover YardReply, operated by Angelo Washington, a sole proprietor based in Los Angeles, California. By using YardReply, or by receiving or replying to a YardReply text message, you agree to these terms.
The service
YardReply sends an automatic text reply on behalf of a landscaping business when a call to that business goes unanswered. The text includes a link to book an estimate and lets the caller reply. Replies are forwarded to the business.
SMS program terms
- Program: YardReply missed-call text replies.
- How you opt in: by calling a business that uses YardReply. If the call is not answered, you receive one text reply to the number you called from.
- Message frequency: one message per missed call, plus responses to any messages you send. Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll receive one confirmation, and no further messages will be sent.
- Help: reply HELP, or email hello@yardreply.com.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Businesses using YardReply
Businesses that use YardReply agree to use it only to respond to people who called them, to follow applicable laws on calls and texts, and not to use it for marketing or unsolicited messages. Fees, setup, and cancellation for businesses are covered in each business's service agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not use YardReply to send spam, harass anyone, or break the law. We may suspend service for misuse.
No warranty
We work to keep YardReply reliable, but the service is provided "as is." Texts depend on phone carriers and other providers, and we can't guarantee every message is delivered or delivered on time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, YardReply is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business, arising from use of the service or from messages that are delayed or not delivered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
